SANCTUARY OF ARS SUR FORMANS

It is in this small village where Jean-Marie Vianney says the Holy Priest of Ars, awakened the faith for 41 years.

A giant of holiness, a famous confessor, who spent days in his confessional, he attracted crowds of penitents.

He was canonized in 1925 by Pope Pius XI and declared «patron of all the parish priests of the universe».
